Requirements

Device / Browser

• Hospital staff and IndeVets management staff must access the CATS web portal with an up-to-date version of the Chrome web browser. The minimum system requirements for running Chrome itself should be adaquate for accessing CATS. Safari, Firefox, and Edge browsers should work as well but are not actively tested at this time.
• Doctors must access the CATS vet portal with a current Chrome browser on Android or Safari browser on iOS.

Connectivity

The CATS web portal has relatively modest bandwidth and connection stability requirements. The system is designed such that poor connectivity may provide a frustrating user experience but cannot corrupt any data or leave workflows in inconistent states.
